SCREENING TOOLS

Introduction

A few questionnaires have been provided here. They are meant to be first stage screening tools. These are meant to identify children with development delays or other related challenges. However, the list is not exhaustive. The tools have been adapted from free online sources which are given below. If the results through these tests seem positive, you are advised to see a health care provider. The tools are meant for initial screening only. They are not meant to be a substitute for a Health care provider/Doctor and the information should not be considered as medical advice.
